Project Description

Impure Surfaces

1990-2000

Photographic Surfaces are usually kept pure and untouched. This is related to the market and the demands it places on the medium and its practitioners. I was always critically questioning this practice. In my works, I have always attempted to break and violate the unspoken norms in contemporary photographic practice. Between 1990 and 2000, I have done several works that negates and deconstructs.
